Dial-out to participants in Belgium and The Netherlands (land lines) is free. The destination China is in zone 6 which has a tariff of LTL 1,20 per minute. The telephony costs are:
45 min * 1,20 LTL/min = LTL 54

Since the participants dial in their selves no telephony costs will be charged.
